Intro to Lead

Belay devices and harnesses included. We recommend having your own harness and shoes at this level of climbing but can be rented for the course. 

This program needs to reach a 2 participant minimum fill rate to run. If it does not fill, participants will be contacted to reschedule or for a refund.

1. Must have passed a top rope test at our facility. (If you haven't taken the Top Rope course check it out here)
2. At least 2-6 months of top roping experience.
3. Must be able to climb a 5.10 on top rope at our facility.
4. Comfortable using both GriGri and ATC (or equivalent.)
5. Participants must be 14+ years old.
6. Cost is $80 ($100 if you are not a member)

Once completed, program participants need to wait 24 hours before challanging our lead rope test.

Weekday classes will be split the content over two days. Weekend classes will condense the content into one longer day.
